Terms & Conditions
These Booking Terms & Conditions apply to the Client as defined in the Agent Commercial Agreement (the "Agency Agreement"), herein referred to as "you". In the event of any conflict between the terms of these Booking Terms & Conditions and those of the Agency Agreement, these Booking Terms and Conditions will prevail.
The Website Policies and Terms & Conditions would be changed or updated occasionally to meet the requirements and standards. Therefor the Customers must be notified about these changes as well as the Payment Gateway Provider.
• All the service are non-Refundable if you make any changes on ground. Hotel / Land Non-Refundable before 21 Days.
• Due to health issue and other unavoidable condition, we can change Driver on ground. If you start your tour late in the morning (we recommend to start your tour on time as mentioned) otherwise you might miss few sightseeing to complete the tour in day and you may be charged extra for per hour usage of vehicle on ground, your vehicle is paid only for as prementioned hours.
• Balitrip advises against leaving expensive items such as cash, jewellery, and belongings in the hotel. When heading out for your tour, it is suggested to carry all your cash and valuables with you. While passports can be stored in a locker, it is not recommended to leave them in hotels. Please note that Balitrip will not be liable for any theft or incidents of snatching that may occur during your tour.
- • Indian Breakfast is subject to the hotel occupancy of Indian guests.
- • Full day car is for 10 HRS only and half day is for 6 Hrs.
Gili & Nusa Penida Note:
• Cidomo cart & fast boat delay depends on weather condition and local Harbour.
• For Nusa Penida Tour required each spot minimum 15 mints stop not more than that.
• During Nusa Penida tour please carry water boatel, Sun glasses, Hat and wear comfortable shoes. Generally, weather at Nusa Penida hot and humid.
For Nusa Penida Day tour we have a tight schedule to cover three different beaches during our trip. Additionally, we need to ensure that we catch the ferry back to Bali, which is scheduled at 3 PM. To make this trip enjoyable and hassle free for everyone, we kindly request your cooperation in adhering to the timing explained by our driver at each location.
It is important to keep in mind that we have allocated a specific amount of time at each spot to fully experience its beauty and make the most of our visit. If we spend more time than planned at one place, it may result in us missing the ferry. This would not be an ideal situation for any of us.
To avoid any inconvenience, I kindly ask you to cooperate with our driver and guide and take only the required amount of time at each spot. By doing so, we can ensure that we have ample time to explore all the beaches and still make it back in time for the ferry.
For Nusa Penida tour the local lunch is possible on day trip due to limited time and activities. Local restaurant will be small and may not be like a proper restaurant etc. If Indian lunch is required, then it is possible. But since they are on the other side of the island, a lot of activities have to be dropped from the day trip to accommodate it.
Visa in Bali:
• Visa cost is not included.
• Visa on arrival cost is IDR 500000 its around 35 USD
•For visa no other documents required like (photo, photo ID) Etc. Visa rule is subject to change without any prayer notice
Note for Vehicle:
As you may already know, Bali experiences extremely hot and humid weather during this time of year. The temperatures can reach up to 38° to 40°C, accompanied by high levels of humidity. Due to these weather conditions, the air conditioning in vehicles, especially midsized ones, may not be as effective as desired. We would like to assure you that if you wait fora short while, the vehicle's air conditioning will start working properly. It may take some time for the vehicle to adjust to the temperature and humidity after being parked or during sightseeing trips. Once the air conditioning system has adjusted, it will provide a comfortable and cool environment for your journey.
We kindly request you to consider this aspect and plan accordingly. If you are coming from outside after a sightseeing trip and entering the car, please be aware that it may take a little time for the vehicle's air conditioning to reach its optimal performance due to the humidity. Your patience in this matter is greatly appreciated.

Liability
• Other than as is specified in this agreement Balitrip is making no representations, undertakings or warranties to Client of any kind, and in particular (without limitation)
• Balitrip is not liable for any Loss or any kind arising directly or indirectly out of the action of any hotel, transport company or any other person providing services comprised in the Balitrip Inventory.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, you waive any rights of action or claims relating to or arising from the use of a credit card for the purposes of making a booking on the Balitrip website. Furthermore, you will fully indemnify and hold harmless Balitrip against all claims, actions or disputes brought against Balitrip by any credit card holder ("Claimant") relating to or arising from a booking made on the Balitrip website by you using the Claimant's credit card.
• Any disputes arising shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the international law.
